From the Concept Note
“Addressing historical responsibility and defining climate victims with evidence is essential for ensuring representation and promoting a fairer future.”
The Center is led by its Director, who reports to the Vice Chancellor of North South University. Multidisciplinary experts serve as its Coordinators, and it is designed to operate independently as required — responsive to emerging issues in climate, migration and disaster resilience.
