The Center is led by the Director, who reports to the Vice Chancellor of North South University. A team of multidisciplinary experts manages it, each taking a specialised role as a Coordinator. It is designed to operate independently as required.

The Center is run by core faculty members with expertise in climate change, migration, disaster resilience and associated fields — experienced in managing medium- to large-scale research projects, and organised as Local and International Experts.
